A valid government-issued photo ID with address is mandatory for every guest staying at the property.

Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Guests are required to vacate the apartment by the specified check-out time.
Any check-out after 12:00 PM will be charged ₹300 per hour, unless the host has approved the late check-out in advance.
Late check-out may also be subject to availability and property requirements.
Guests are requested to inform the host once they have checked out and returned/secured the required room or property access.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
If smoking is found inside the apartment, a ₹1,000 penalty will be applicable.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with this rule.
Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and treat all furniture, appliances, fixtures, equipment, and amenities with care.
Any damage, breakage, loss, or misuse of the room or its contents may be charged to the guest based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
Guests should immediately inform the host if any accidental damage occurs during their stay.
Only guests registered under the booking are permitted to stay at or enter the apartment unless prior approval has been obtained from the host.
Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the property.
The host reserves the right to refuse entry to unregistered visitors where prior approval has not been obtained.
Before leaving the apartment, guests are requested to switch off:
Guests should use electrical appliances responsibly and report any malfunction or safety concern to the host immediately.

If an item is found after departure, guests may contact the host to inquire about its recovery. Any return or delivery of found items may be subject to applicable handling or delivery charges.

Guests must not engage in any activity that may cause damage, inconvenience, nuisance, or safety concerns to other residents or the property.
